Roxanne, The Exchange Student: May 2012
http://rox-xanne.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 24, 2012. An evening at the Boathouse. The weather today was totally perfect; the sun was shinning and it was not too cold. It was simply just perfect. I hope that the weather stays on like these, not too hot and not to cold either, just nice to enjoy my stay here in Deutschland. I must say that we both had lots of fun today. The best thing of today was we both experienced something new today-going on a Dragon Boat. Sis in the Kayak. Front of the Kayak and the Boat House from the river.

Ying Hui's Scrapbook: December 2012
http://a-music-affair.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 22, 2012. Well I believe it all is coming to an end. December 2012, the most anticipated date of the year, and I am physically exhausted, mentally drained, and wrung dry of my senses. Simply because Nothing had happened today. Then again, today WAS the end of the world. A slew of Nothings was to be expected. And seeing that I am a firm believer of the Doomsday prophecy, I expected my share of Nothings. They checked in like punctual employees. I now await the end. I feel a presence.

Bliss...: February 2011
http://bliss-cooking.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 27, 2011. Personally, cooking laksa is, by far, very stressful and if it is done wrongly, the curry gravy could either be too spicy or not tasty at all. For most times, the curry gravy always ends up being too hot and spicy. Or the worst bit is when the coconut milk has gone off and caused the curry gravy to turn sour. Rice noodles (meehoon), soaked and blanched. Fried bean curd puff (taufu pok) – cut into pieces. 1 packet Tean's Gourmet Curry Laksa. 1 tablespoon chicken granules. 5 To s...

Monday, January 31, 2011. Spicy Fried Rice Noodles (Meehoon) with Prawns. Spicy Fried Rice Noodles (Meehoon) with Prawns. This recipe is created by me accidentally when I wanted to add a bit more flavor and spiciness to the rice noodles by enhancing it with some tom yum paste and Thai chili paste. To my surprise, it turned out really good and it has since become my signature dish. I have received so many compliments on this dish that I’m proud to say that it rocks! 250g large prawns (add more if you like).
