Losing 100 Pounds
Monday, July 30, 2012. After a long absence. I know there aren't many followers left on this blog, and it's been almost two years since I've posted, but I thought I would try this again. At first, I just got behind in posting. I guess back-to-school and then the holidays distracted me. But, then, in January of last year, my dad died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack. It was a shock to the entire family, but we are recovering. I weighed 285 pounds last week, and was down to 282 this morning.

Monday, May 16, 2011. It's been a long while. It's been a very long time, so I suppose I should start (again) with an update. I lost 20 pounds through the MUSC program, and I have maintained that weight loss. (I bet that's not what anyone expects to see on a weight loss blog that has been neglected for over 2 years!
