To France with Lance. Saturday, June 30, 2012. We're settling in to Le Chateau de Mazan. Our base for the next week. It's a beautiful little hotel in the heart of Mazan. After checking in, we attended to our bikes. Lance and Rob had them 99% reassembled. Just the pedals, which we packed in our carry-on, needed to be installed. Tomorrow morning we'll take them for a spin in the valley around Mazan to make sure everything is working properly before heading onto the high mountain. Friday, June 29, 2012.
