Coach Erin and Coach Will will be running stroke clinics before the pep rally in order to give swimmers a chance to refine some of their skills. Inverness Forest Stingrays Swim Team. Friday, April 23, 2010. Yesterday was our first day to actually get in the pool. It was a little chilly, but I think we all survived! Parents, as a reminder, the coaches and mentors who are in the pool with your little swimmers would be greatly appreciative if you could stay on the shallow end of the pool. Inverness Forest Stingrays Swim Team. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Congratulations to our swimmers for their first win of the season! The final score was IVF 330, TW 203. Our swimmers not only swam hard, but dropped a lot of time in their individual events! I know Coach Will and I are so proud of them for working hard and continuing to give their best efforts at meets. Let's continue to work hard and make this next week at the Woodlands Riptides another success! Again, good job swimmers! Let's do it again!

Inverness Forest Stingrays Swim Team. Monday, May 17, 2010. I just wanted to say how proud I am of all of our swimmers from this past Saturday's meet. Everyone gave it their all. Although we might have a lot more work to do in practice, I am excited to say that everyone who participated on Saturday made this first meet worth it. We are continuing to grow as a team - and I am so excited to see where the end will take us! We are the Stingrays. If you can't hear us, we'll yell a little louder.
