Just a little bit of everything, random as it may be. Hope you find something, to amuse you, from me. October 3, 2012. TREASURE CHEST with cake. Another Pirate themed project for you. I wanted to create a treasure chest that sat over the birthday cake. I had to be really creative with this idea because 1) I didn't want to spend too much money, and 2) I didn't want to light anything (or anyone) on fire. Chest covered in contact paper with bottom cut out. You'll notice in the picture above I also added.

Time to share one of my many projects for the Surprise Pirate Party we threw for my aunt's 60th Birthday. My family is a big fan of flip cup. So to celebrate the pirate theme I create a. Table Essentially it was a regular 6ft table made to look like a pirate ship that was still functional for the game of flip cup. 1 gold/light tan plastic table cloth. 2 dark brown plastic table cloth.

Within 3 minutes of it's arrival I found my very first excuse to impede my progress - lame! The next 2 weekends I'll be out of town so I won't be able (or willing) to follow the program during that time. Yes I know I'm just exacerbating my current weight/workout issues. Since I am constantly improving and getting in better shape, I will periodically change the front page stats to match my current fitness level. But Kelsey, How do we know how far you have come? Because readers, I will list my old stats here! When I started this project:. I can run for 30 minutes, but it's rough. I run about a 12 minute mile. I have to use my inhaler before, during and after my run. I could run about 8 miles. I could run a 10:30 minute mile. Still using my inhaler. View my complete profile.

Rate: First week back for realsies. Mount Lemmon, Tucson AZ). It's good to be training for something again, even if what I am training for is to be able to run for more than 30 minutes without knee pain- that's something! Thursday:* Ran 20 minutes. Tucson is a bit hilly, so that put some extra strain on my knees, but it was pretty much the same as Monday. Now I must do some strength training. Splendid. Killer abs here I come. So far, so good! Rest: Dallas Trade Show. This weekend wasn't much of a weekend due to the fact that I was working for most of it. Lucky me right? Don't feel too bad for me. I get a comp day on Friday.
