CKT di Steve Cotter. Lunedì 31 agosto 2009. Un modo molto interessante di creare un allenameto con i kettlebell molto performante è quello di utilizzarli in abbinamento con esercizi bodyweight. Ci sono molti modi , per esempio unire un esercizio base con kettlebell tipo lo swing e combinarlo con un ladder push-up (esercizio eseguito in questo modo 20 swing push -up da 1 a 10 , quindi 20 swing 1 push-up , 20 swing 2 pushup, 20 swing 3 push up.ecc,ecc.). Il mio Personal Record e 5'05'. 10 swing @8kg burpees ladder 1-10 tempo 6'10". Questo è stato solo il suo riscaldamento. 1' swing 15 " rest. I primi 20 snatch con 8 kg.
