Atlanta Triathlete: Week #8
http://atlantatriathlete.blogspot.com/2012/03/week-8.html
Tuesday, March 6, 2012. This week completely sucked. I got back from Mexico and had a photo shoot on Wednesday. I was already feeling the effects of a head cold and a sore throat. I decided to get rest and not do any workouts. I thought that maybe I'd been doing too much lately and this was my body telling me to slow down. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Atlanta Triathlete: December 2011
http://atlantatriathlete.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 13, 2011. End Of The Year. I was honored by the Atlanta Triathlon Club. When they awarded my the "Most Dedicated Member" award this past weekend. I was shocked and left speechless. According to one of the coaches, it was unanimous. Thank you. One of the highlights of the end of the year party is the slideshow. It's a great reminder of not only the accomplishes we've made as individuals, but the memories we've shared that can't be replaced that I will always carry with me. Next year, tra...

Atlanta Triathlete: Week #3
http://atlantatriathlete.blogspot.com/2012/01/week-3.html
Monday, January 23, 2012. Decent workout this week considering that city pools were closed on Monday for MLK day and I was resting up or Saturday's race. I'm glad I managed to get some weights in on Tuesday with a treadmill run and swim. I wanted to swim some more on Wednesday, but the water temp was on the cold side on Tuesday and I heard varying accounts of the heater being broken to being shut down due to the MLK holiday. Rest - Holiday (Pool Closed). Run - 3 miles treadmill. Swim - 1000 meters.

Atlanta Triathlete: Week #5
http://atlantatriathlete.blogspot.com/2012/02/week-5.html
Wednesday, February 8, 2012. I didn't get my normal workout this week. I started a new job and it cut into my training time and I was also out of town for most of the week and had to take some time off for travel and packing. Oh well, sometimes life gets in the way. Fortunately, I was able to get in several great runs while I was down in Florida visiting my folks. Swim - 2600 yards. Track - 5x400 Intervals. Run - 7.5 Miles Tempo. Run - 11 Miles. Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Not much of a training week. It's been difficult to get in as much training as I used to. Having started a new job recently, I'm still trying to figure out a schedule that will provide me with some time for training. Run - 6 Miles. Run - 6 Miles. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Atlanta Triathlete: Week #9
http://atlantatriathlete.blogspot.com/2012/03/week-9.html
Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Still not feeling great this week, but slightly better than last week. Head cold is gone and all that remains is a cough and some congestion. I was able to make it to swim practice. I didn't push myself like I normally do. My goal was to just get back in the pool and work on technique. I was afraid that if I pushed hard that I would fade quickly or relapse. Swim - 2600 Yards. Run - 7 Miles. September 26, 2014 at 3:18 AM. Are you getting better Dave? How is that training going?
