During the first week of February 2010 I went to Riviera Maya, Mexico with 40 family members to be a bridesmaid at my brother’s wedding. We spent the week visiting ancient Mexican caves, tanning at the beach and of course crying at the wedding. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience! You can read more about it over here. I stumbled back into the kitchen and tried to cook again! I would like to first start out by saying that it was a very rocky road. I almost went blind. I almost burnt down my apartment.
