Saturday, April 19, 2008. So much to do, so little time. So moving into this cycle I pledged to myself that I will focus more on the cycling leg. I felt that I really needed to put in some miles and get my biking up to par with my running and swimming. However I feel that I'm detracting from my goals in the other two disciplines. Thursday, January 31, 2008. So for two of the past three days I’ve been able to go to bed at 9:30. That mean’s 8.5 hours of sleep for me, and boy does that extra 30 minutes help! Monday, November 1, 2010. Rev3 Cedar Point Race Report. Rev3 Cedar Point - Half-Rev (1.2mi Swim, 56mi Bike, 13.1 mi Run). Sept 12, 2010. I was careful to not over eat heading into the race. As much as I wanted to execute a good carbo-load, I didn't feel confident enough that I knew how to do it well, so I opted to just eat enough to keep my glycogen supplies topped off and no more. Nutrition: 2 Gu gels and an S-cap tablet. 30 seconds later. not really much closer. And I was flying through transition.
