Thursday, March 26, 2009. Noah is finally sleeping through the night! Never thought those words would describe me! Now Noah doesn't wake up crying at all, and I have only been doing "Operation Nite-Nite" for four days. Seriously.I wish I would have tried this approach when he was 3-6 months old. Yikes! I guess what everyone says is true, babies definitely don't come with a manual and yes I have to learn everything the hard way! Pronouns have been changed to please the reading public. Love you all :)Grammy.

Happiness is a process of discovery that begins and ends with work". Thursday, May 21, 2009. The sights and the sounds. I didn't catch a foul ball, but at least I used it for something. One of my favorite hats, I call it my summer basket weave hat. This was purchased about the same time I purchased an old school Phillies hat as well as an old school WhiSox hat. Needless to say, both teams have won the World Series since then. I'm I surprised? I did not take these pictures, FYI. A friend took them. Lastly...

The Obsessions of an Incidental Bookseller
Thursday, August 20, 2009. Who says books don’t have an impact on your life? About thirty years ago, I read the follow up to Richard Bach’s book Jonathan Livingston Seagull called The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah. It was the first time I really heard the concept that you create your own life and that the creation of that life begins in your mind. Richard Bach visualised a blue feather just to practice and a day or so later, he bought a carton of milk and on the label was a picture of a blue feather.

Incidental Complexity
March / April / May / June. Jamie Brandon - 02 Jul 2015. Its been a while. So far, the monthly posts have included detailed technical descriptions of our work. I keep delaying posts until I can figure out how to coherently explain the ideas in them. In future, I will be posting short status updates every month and saving the gory details for unscheduled design posts, like this one. Aggregation and sorting continue to be tricky to nail down, so they are currently banished to a separate view type. To r...
