This chutney is awesome, and one of my favorites. It’s usually eaten mixed with rice. It also tastes great mixed with rice and sambar or rice and curd. You can also make a curry out of gongura; we’ll post that recipe soon. 1 bunch of gongura. 1 cup of peanuts. 1 tbsp of chenna dall. 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds). 2 tbsp of oil.
