Brad's Sports Fix: 4/8: Title Game Preview, etc.
http://bradsportsfix.blogspot.com/2013/04/48-title-game-preview-etc.html
Monday, April 8, 2013. 4/8: Title Game Preview, etc. Let's get to it. The LA Clippers have won their first Pacific Division championship. in history. In fitting fashion, the Clips knocked off the Lakers 109-95 yesterday to grab the division title, and they were led by 24/12's from Chris Paul (assists) and Blake Griffin (boards). Obviously, division titles don't mean a whole lot in the NBA, but when you haven't won a single one in decades? Got 5-1 victory over Chicago on Sunday afternoon to move to an NL-...

Brad's Sports Fix: April 2013
http://bradsportsfix.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 29, 2013. 4/29: Sweeps, Steph Curry, etc. It's been a while since I've checked in so let's go. The NBA Playoffs had one of those rare (and spectacular) quadruple-headers yesterday. In the early game, the Celtics staved off elimination with a 97-90 overtime victory. Carmelo Anthony "won" the game for Boston by being insanely inefficient, shooting 10 for 35 from the field and committing 7 turnovers (versus 2 assists). Boston was led by 29 points from Paul Pierce (in 50 minutes! The Braves wer...

Brad's Sports Fix: 4/3: Yu!, etc.
http://bradsportsfix.blogspot.com/2013/04/43-yu-etc.html
Wednesday, April 3, 2013. My apologies for the absence on Tuesday morning as it's been a crazy few days. The Braves are 1-0 and everything is lovely. Let's get to it. Our first MLB Round-up of the season (! Leads with Yu Darvish. Got off to a slow start behind RA Dickey as they lost 4-1 to the Indians. Dickey pitched well for the most part, but a 2-run homer by Asdrubal Cabrera proved to be huge. Baltimore. Tossed 8 shutout innings of 2-hit ball in route to a 3-0 win over the Dodgers. He's a stud. Was sh...

Enjoy! 3:00 - NBA - Celtics @ Knicks (ABC) - The playoffs begin! It would be huge for Boston to grab control with a Game One upset here, and the eyes of the league will be on this one. 5:30 - NBA - Warriors @ Nuggets (ESPN) - Combined points. Over/under 240? Brad's Sports Fix: January 2013
http://bradsportsfix.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 31, 2013. 1/31: Rudy Gay Trade, etc. I actually like Ed Davis (a lot), but on a team with Z-Bo and Gasol (not to mention Darrell Arthur), it wasn't a need area, and the Prince/Daye combo doesn't inspire a parade. For Toronto, they've now committed 8 figures a year to both. And if yes, is Te'o gay as well? I'm wildly confused. let's move on. Green Bay Packers WR Donald Driver is retiring after 14 seasons. This announcement won't make waves nationally, but Driver has over 10,000 recei...
