Scott says …. August 26, 2015. Caribbean Food Week / Caribbean Curry. It’s Caribbean Food Week this week, and last week a parcel arrived for me full to the brim of Caribbean Food, ready for me to make some delicious Caribbean food in conjunction with Caribbean Food Week. I used the Mild Curry Powder (the full tub). Coconut Milk (half a tin). Peas and Beans (half for the curry, half for the rice). From the ingredients I got given. I then added my own Chicken, Potatoes (2 potatoes). Mix the Curry Powder.

Single Girl’s Guide. Restaurant Launch – Infamous Diner, Manchester. Being a huge fan of all things American I was super excited about the launch of Infamous Diner. The latest addition to the MAD Ltd venues joining Rosylee and Tusk, to name just a few, Infamous Diner is a 1950’s inspired ‘all American’ diner complete with raspberry pink seating booths, LA neon signs and a silver ceiling. There’s a juke box pumping out songs from the era and serving staff are suitably dressed to jive along to the hits.
