The screenshots were intended to show the liveMinutes screen that was discussed, but I can see why it was confusing. Keep it concise and clear. There is no need for extraneous or confusing. Directional arrows help to clarify and focus visual attention. Screenshots make the instructions easier to follow and should be included.
