The Learning and the Accepting. August 4, 2015. I’ve been post-Whole 30 for what, 2 weeks now? It’s been good, not great…I haven’t been diligent enough in some areas, but my weight isn’t creeping back. The ability to listen to your body is so damn mind-blowing after….just reconciling myself to that is opening doors and windows to my behaviors and moods that I wasn’t expecting. Seriously, if you’re ever in Weaverville, NC, there’s a hole in the wall called Blue Mountain Pizza and Brew Pub. Or a ginger bug.
