In The Vossen Kitchen. Sunday, June 23, 2013. I forgot to take a picture of our meal at the table. So this is our leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I apologize for my absence blogging! For example some staples that have changed for us:. Pure maple sugar and honey for most sweeteners). Whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour (although for some recipes I use part whole wheat, part all-purpose). Homemade whole wheat bread. Grass fed, pasture raised meats. Lots of fruits and vegetables. 3 Tbls soy sauce.
