Monday, February 15, 2010. 6 Mar- 12 Mar. 6 Mar- 12 Mar. Final results, 2:44, 2:48, 2:45 (with a headwind). We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow. Thu- 4-4.5 hills. Fri- I have forgotten. I'm pretty sure I ran. 28 Feb- 6 Mar. Tue- 5.5- - 2:41 (800), 1 lap easy, 1:17 (400), 1 lap easy, 2:44 (800). Thu- 5.5 miles. 21 Feb- 27 Feb. Tue- walked 6.5 miles, about 3 of it was power walking. Not too bad, actually. I'll take that for now. 14 Feb- 20 Feb. Thu-25, got rained on! 7 Feb- 14 Feb. Mon- Did I run?

Saturday, October 11, 2008. WEEKLY TOTAL = :-(. 10/27 - 11/2 - Let's not talk about it. WEEKLY TOTAL = 18. 10/26 - 0 - day of rest. 10/25- 2 - app. 7 miles of bike riding. 10/24- 2.5- 50 mins of floor hockey. 10/23- 3.5- my quads and calves were super tight yet from Tuesday. 10/22 - 0 -. 10/21 - 3.5 - speedwork. I'm already half way to my weekly quota on Tuesday. I LOVE IT! WEEKLY TOTAL = 12 miles. 10/19 - 3 - biked 11 or so miles, plus this crazy bike-jumping business in the middle. 10/17 - 0 -. 10/5 - ...

The number in parenthesis (if there is one) is the mileage. Note: instead of adding a new post every day or week, I will just be editing this one. So ignore the post date. T: 45, 4x15- - 45 (5). Tuesday, November 18, 2008. 11/23- 6ish- I skated for an hour and 45 minutes. 11/22- 3.25, plus riding my bike for a mile or two on the slick paths.
