Gee, suppose he wants to be governor. Http:/ www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13929959/. Now some business news. Then you have jackass's like this guy. Gene can'...

Sunday, February 26, 2006. First Post.time for a poll. Somy first post on this blog and what better way to start it off than with a poll! Actually, thats probably the worst way to start it off since most likely noone is reading this. I started this blog to rant about economics, politics and current events. I was doing a bit of that on my other blog, but it was the wrong audience i think. So without further adue, lets get to it. Maintain a postal system. Provide for the common welfare. Be limited in scope.

Monday, August 07, 2006. Watch What You Say. I ran across this the other day. I saw a number of comments along the lines of the UAW is America , Buying non-union is anti-American etc etc. Well, to that i say that unions are more anti American than nearly anything else i can think of in the modern economy. Even, dare i say it, Microsoft. What is America? America is the entrepreneurial drive, the competitive spirit, it's self reliance and self determination. Does the union represent any of those things?

Thursday, March 30, 2006. Do Rental Sales Hurt Consumer Sales? Consider the situation when you rent a car, you want cheap, temporary transportation. Due to the huge volumes of GM and Ford cars sold to fleets, you will mots likely get a GM or Ford. So what then is your impression of the car? Also consider the sheer volume of the rental cars out there. If 99% of the time you see a rental car it's a Ford or GM would anyone really want to buy one? Would i buy it myself? Thats the sound of gas prices falling, Thanks House of representatives! You have my vote! You're the best legislators money can buy.wait, thats not right. The only silver lining i see is that there are apparently at least 34 sane people in the house who did not vote for this legislation. Whats the real difference between Democrats and Republicans?
