The Woods of Woodbridge: Private
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2014/12/private.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Sunday, December 14, 2014. I obviously have a lot of catching up to do on our blog, but before I do that I've decided to go ahead and make our blog private. Not that there is much traffic here anyway. Please let me know if you happen to stop by here now and then and I will send you an invite. Seriously, don't be shy! We would love to share with friends and family - we'd just like to keep some of the more personal things from any psychos, etc. Thanks! You know I do!

The Woods of Woodbridge: July 2014
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Monday, July 28, 2014. Last Days of School. By the time Regional Center determined that Luke no longer qualified for services, there was only one month left until his third birthday (at which point he would exit their program anyway). They gave us a 30 day exit contract so that he could attend his program at ICEC right up until the day before his birthday. Isaac and I got to go celebrate with him on his last day. And finally Luke got to open his present! We will miss you. We also...

The Woods of Woodbridge: June 2013
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Friday, June 14, 2013. It is hard to believe that my baby Luke turned 2 years old today. And yet at the same time, it feels like ages ago that he was a tiny newborn sleeping in my arms. A few days ago we started telling Luke about his birthday and that he was going to be two. We've been practicing asking him "Luke, how old are you? And he says "two" in the cutest tiny little voice. Except sometimes he gets confused and thinks we're asking "how are you? Most of the day went on as ...

The Woods of Woodbridge: Birthday Weekend in Seattle
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2014/08/birthday-weekend-in-seattle.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Sunday, August 10, 2014. Birthday Weekend in Seattle. We kept seeing these billowing clouds of dessert being served at other tables and decided that we needed an "Oribter" too. Mostly we just wanted to take pictures of it and Mikael sent a video to her kids. Mikael sent this picture to her dad. It's not the most flattering, but I love it. We were having such a blast being kid free and chatting up a storm and laughing at our own dumb jokes. We were both craving sushi and just happ...

The Woods of Woodbridge: February 2014
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Wednesday, February 26, 2014. At the end of May we spent a week in paradise on the island of Kauai. This was our fourth visit to the island, but it had also been just over four years since we'd been to Kauai and we were starting to miss it. We made sure to schedule our trip before Luke's birthday - so he got one last free flight in before he turned two. We were all having plenty of fun until Luke stepped on a bee. Poor thing! He got stung right on the bottom of his foot. By t...

The Woods of Woodbridge: June 2012
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Sunday, June 10, 2012. I can hardly believe how quickly a year went by. Our little Mr. Luke turned one year old last week on June 6th. We tried to make it a fun day of celebrating with our baby boy. The night before Luke's birthday, I blew up a bunch of big colorful balloons and Isaac helped me sneak into Luke's room and leave them all around the floor so that he would have a fun surprise to wake up to. After a nap and some dinner, it was time for birthday cake! I made a chocolat...

The Woods of Woodbridge: September 2013
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Saturday, September 28, 2013. We arrived home from San Diego on Saturday night and Sunday morning was Easter. We decided to celebrate at home this year. The boys were super excited to find their baskets waiting for them in the morning. Luke's favorite thing was the candy and Isaac's favorite was the Ninja Turtle DVD. In the end I think Luke only had about a dozen eggs and Isaac had found the rest. Most had candy but a few had little toys and we made sure that things were fair...

The Woods of Woodbridge: Luke's 3rd Birthday
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2014/08/lukes-3rd-birthday.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Tuesday, August 5, 2014. The first week of June we celebrated Luke's 3rd birthday. It kind of breaks my heart to see him growing up so much, but at the same time I just love watching him learn and grow and develop such a charming and hilarious little personality. He is such a lovable and funny little guy and has brought so much joy to our family over the past three years. Before we started opening, Isaac and I sang Happy Birthday to Luke. He loved it. His Wood Grandparents sent h...

http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Thursday, September 20, 2012. These posts are maybe a little out of order, but I had lots of photos and things that I wanted to post so that I wouldn't forget about them. There are several posts, so keep scrolling if you are interested! Wednesday, September 19, 2012. We started the day bright and early on Saturday. There is no sleeping in with Luke around! And you better believe we let them know about it too. Isaac's little pole is not super strong but Charlie was able to reel in...

The Woods of Woodbridge: March 2014
http://thewoodsofwoodbridge.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
The Woods of Woodbridge. Saturday, March 8, 2014. 4th of July in Utah. The 4th of July has always been one of my favorite holidays. I grew to love it even more during the years that I lived in Utah because we always had a fun family gathering with my mother's relatives, and because that time of year is so beautiful in Utah. Fourth of July in Woodbridge is pretty awesome too, but we decided we could spend one year away. Before we left I made this map with a sliding van and markers for every hour of our tr...
