Did the sits and planches on DBs and held each for 3sec. No rest between exercises and 2-3min rest after all the movements were completed. Went through it 4 times. Finished up with face pulls.3 x 12. Hit some mobility later. Still feeling the heavy deads from a couple days ago. Lacrosse ball and foam rolling to work out the kinks.
