Not another fitness-blog…. March 9, 2014. I ran 5k on Friday and ever since I have been struggling with my left hip. I feel like a 85 year old grandma missing her walking stick. Lundi, août 22, 2011. 等問題,然而,對於這個被美國稱為邪惡軸心的共產國家的認識,我如同多數台灣人一樣,透過美日觀點的外電報導,或是國內媒體在官方監控下的採訪所拼湊出的介紹來理解這個極權社會. 出發前,我在網路上找了一些北朝實況的紀錄片和文章,還有最近出版的脫北者訪談錄"這就是天堂 我的北韓童年"作為探索朝鮮的一個途徑,但最後仍不出饑荒,造神及高壓統治等描述,加上許多對訪客以訛傳訛的旅遊禁忌,於是,我帶著偏見和不安進入了"最後的共產國家- 朝鮮民主主義共和國". 首都的街道上,幾乎見不到供行人停留休息的椅子,這些行人/平壤人一般精壯黝黑如勞動者,衣著樸素整潔,除了左胸別上領袖徽章外沒有其它配件與裝飾,在路上,他們不是行色匆匆或列隊前行,就是直接蹲坐在人行道上聊天或等待大眾運輸,蹲坐的習慣或許和朝鮮人不坐椅子的文化有關,但街道家具懸置同時也影響了"無車階級"的大眾對公共空間的使用限制與理解,在城市裡"逗留"對我來說竟然顯得有點不合理. 表面上佛門遠離俗世,但園內的斷樹與修復的建築卻說明了美國殘暴的侵略本質;而舉世聞名的 阿里郎. 表演,更肯定了韓國傳統文化與民族的優越性.最後,...
