Monday, April 06, 2009. See ya 'round, suckers! Dominic and Derek were snuggling in bed on Saturday when Dominic decided to come into the kitchen and eat breakfast with me. Right before he leaves the room, Dominic looks over his shoulder at Derek and says "See ya 'round, suckers." Sigh. For once, Derek can't blame the kid's mouth on me! Dominic is getting ready for summer. Here he is in his sunglasses and his "Play Ball" hat (which he says emphatically every time he puts it on). See ya round, suckers!

Wow", That's All She Could Say. Saturday, May 30, 2009. Playing with birthday gifts. You can tell how excited Anna is about her cupcakes this year! We got the idea from a book called Hello, Cupcake. 160;by Karen Tack and Alan Richardson. I say "we" as if I had anything to do with the whole thing, other than pointing out the idea and buying the supplies. Pete and Anna did the rest. I was looking back at old blog posts to see about other things that we've made over the years. . Anna is now 6 years old!

Wow", That's All She Could Say. Saturday, October 31, 2009. Anna fell knew the minute she saw this costume that she wanted to be a dragon for Halloween! For some reason I really think Craig looks like Pete here, with his dark eyebrows and darker hair! He did a very spooky "trick or treat" in a vampire-ish voice that was awesome! I couldn't believe how patient Anna was with sifting through the pumpkin guts to get all of the seeds out! Check out the floating clouds! I can't believe Craig is 8 already!
