Wednesday, April 4, 2007. 在超市買一包牛肉乾回家吃對一個窮留學生可是奢侈的享受. 但想到裏面不知道加了多少防腐劑, . 唉! 還是自己動手吧. 這裏介紹簡易的牛肉乾做法, 可以滿足又想吃健康的牛肉乾又想省錢的人. 食譜由 Kevin Tsai 提供). A 五 香 料 (滷 包 )一 包. G 沙 茶 醬 (or 叉 燒 醬, or 其 他 調 味 料 ). 1) 牛 肉 切 三 大 塊 ， 五 杯 水 加 F 煮 一 小 時 。 撈 出 冷 卻 。 切 薄 片 。 3) 放 陰 涼 處 風 乾 ， 或 用 烤 箱 烤 乾 。 這裏煮一小時, 那裏炒十分鐘, 加一加你要在爐子旁守好幾個小時哩! 一點都不簡易. 沒問題, 懶人傑克自有妙法. 在步驟(1)裏, 傑克用的是燜燒鍋, 效果好像差不多, 聰明吧! 對了, 剩下的湯汁, 千萬不要倒掉喔. 那可是非常鮮美的牛肉高湯, 用來當湯底相當適合. Wednesday, April 4, 2007. 剩飯是廚房裏再平凡不過的東西了. 有時候出外吃飯, 剩飯留下來也是被拿去倒掉(有些餐廳比較惡劣會拿給其他桌吃), 不如打包拿回家; 有時候不小心晚飯煮太多, 就會剩下一堆剩飯, 倒掉可惜, 要吃又不像剛煮好的飯好吃. 怎麼辦呢? 我想很多人都知道 "炒飯" 要好吃就要用隔夜的飯. 因為隔夜的飯比較乾, 一粒一粒分開, 不像現煮的飯會黏成一團, 最適合炒飯用. 其次, 隔夜飯也可以用來煮粥, 比從白米煮省時多了. 但因為這兩種用途都廣為人知, 算不上是創意. 另一個比較有創意的用途是打成米奶. 以前小時候喜歡去雜貨店買米奶粉泡成米奶來喝, 不知道大家有沒有一樣的經驗. 其實用剩飯做成米奶幾秒鐘就ok了. 用半碗剩飯, 加上一至兩碗水(看各人喜歡喝濃或稀), 再加入幾顆花生, 放入果汁機, 打到變成糊狀即可.喜歡喝稀一點的就多放點水, 和成液體狀. Wednesday, April 4, 2007. 其實炸雞是美式食物, 到處都吃得到. 不過既然在上一篇中學會了麵衣的做法, 就用一樣的方法, 加上中式的醃料來做炸雞腿吧. 1雞腿去骨壓切成一口大. 如果喜歡整隻雞腿啃, 不切也無妨, 不過炸的時候要注意靠近骨頭的地方有沒有熟透就是了. 2加鹽, 醬油, 胡椒, 五香粉於雞肉中醃浸. 4炸油較中溫低些 (約160), 雞肉沾麵粉, 炸 3分鐘後取出. 5把油加熱至175-180,再將雞肉放進去, 待 變金黃色後再撈起. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
