Wednesday, April 20, 2011. I have to say, riding my bike everywhere is one of the best things I have ever thought of! Friday, July 16, 2010. Ok, so all I think about lately is this weight problem that I have. the trainer said the stomach and surrounding areas are all diet. Meaning I can really only lose weight in this area by staying active and very carefully watching what and how much I eat. Subconsciously I want to eat more when I'm bored or I'm not getting enough attention, I have noticed this! So, I'm thinking about getting hypnotized to help me with this problem. Saturday, February 4, 2012. This week the only new recipe I tried was the Cafe Rio dressing. It was so yummy that I literally ate it all week! My kids loved it too so that was a plus :) Thayne hasn't complained. Yet but I'm sure if we have it anytime soon he'll be bugged. I am going to try a new recipe tonight, hopefully.
