Workout of the Day. 8211; 3 bench press @ 225#. 8211; 3 deadlift @ 315#. 8211; from front rack – left leg lunge, right leg lunge, pushpress. 8211; GHD sit-ups. 8211; ring dips. 8211; back extensions. My shoulders are killing me. The lunge/lunge/press complex sucked. Those are all my thought for today. Workout of the Day. 8211; 5 power cleans @ 205#. 8211; 5 glute ham raises at 90#.
