http://seriouslyhope.blogspot.com/2012/11/run-all-miles-marine-corps-marathon-2012.html
A chronicle of mis-adventure within the world of running and triathlon. Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Run All the Miles - Marine Corps Marathon 2012. Four weeks ago, I did something I thought I would never do in a million years. No, I did not eat liver mush with pimento cheese (ick. No offense my southern friends, but I can safely say this will never happen in a gazillion batrillion quadrillion millenion years). I ran a marathon. The Marine Corps Marathon to be exact. Did I really do that? This is where ...

http://loloack.blogspot.com/2014/09/lessons-from-ironman-training.html
The Journey to my first Ironman. Sunday, September 21, 2014. Lessons from Ironman Training. I recently looked back to the first blog that I wrote "Hey Look I have a Blog" the Top 10 reasons someone may sign up for an Ironman. This got me thinking about some of things I've learned while training for an Ironman. I was originally going for 10 and it just grew from there. I could probably include many more and of course many more pictures, but I had to stop somewhere and bedtime was calling! 4 It may have ta...

Laquo; It was a PB Type Weekend. Asics DS Trainer 18. Ouch, This Hurts. A lot Don’t try it at home, trust me. What is this? Crashing your bike. The Asheville camp was in full swing and going great. Other’s have written about it. Warren Wilson College has a pretty sweet aquatics center with dry erase boards already built into the wall. Awesome! So what’s so painful about 2.5 hours of swimming? Campers at the top of the climb. Then on Highway 80 coming around a right hand turn I see Heath. 8221; I think I ...

The Journey to my first Ironman. Monday, August 25, 2014. 32 days until we DO THE CHOO! I feel really bad that I have neglected the blog the last 2 months. The problem is that I've been really busy. Busy training! News Flash: Ironman training is incredibly time consuming. There are certainly ways to make it less time consuming, but I may only have one shot at this beast so I want to give it all I've got. Http:/ www.active.com/donate/IMchattanoogaCCFA14/IRONMANLAckerm. And the HB. He's fast. The countdown...

Partners & Supporters. Schedule & Results. Generic Update on 2014. October 30, 2014. I feel the need to post something after discussing with Emily. Why all triathletes feel the need to have a website, the value of it, what her goals should be, etc etc. Anyway, figured now might be a good time to check on this ol’ bad boy, which has been dormant for pretty much the entire season. That’s okay though, because I’ve been doing a pretty okay job documenting my athletic accomplishments via Twitter. R: 205 unkno...

seriously hope: June 2015
http://seriouslyhope.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
A chronicle of mis-adventure within the world of running and triathlon. Thursday, June 25, 2015. Found on themetapicture.com. Wednesday, June 17, 2015. It happened to Jenn, my sister-in-law, too. Then my niece, Jordyn, and now my big brother, Les. My nephew, Adam, was already a runner; but he's joined in the family too. This past weekend, Jenn did her first sprint triathlon while Les and Adam joined Jenn's swim coach for some relay fun; Les on two wheels and Adam on two feet. How strange and fitting that...

The Journey to my first Ironman. Wednesday, May 28, 2014. As we went to bed Saturday night the forecast for Sunday morning was showing 100% rain for the entire morning. I worried the entire ride that Tara was furious with me for convincing her to ride. The weekend did not turn out as planned, but the TriCoachGeorgia group planned an awesome "free" training camp for us. I know a lot of work went into planning the weekend and I am so thankful for the experience they provided us. Wednesday, May 14, 2014.
