We thought we had figured out how our family would be built, but the Lord has surprised us yet again. On New Years Eve, we learned God had preformed a miracle: we are expecting! Not only will we get to start our family this year, but all three of us will be sharing a cake as baby is due in August. To God be the glory. Posted by John Jackson.

We saved enough for the last adoption but there's a big gap to fund this one completely. Hudson has always loved the book and Griffin is always hungry, so it seemed like a fitting choice. Griffin had so much fun eating snacks, opening presents, eating cake and playing outside with his friends. He was a big fan of the cake, he ended up covered in it! UGANDA '09

Wednesday, June 9, 2010. It feels so bitter sweet. I’m extremely excited to see family and friends but terrified to leave the kids here. One of my biggest struggles here has been my health. I cant stay healthy here. I got malaria for the first time and today I woke up with a cough and fever. It seems like one things after another.
