UGANDA '09: Kenyan Adventure!

http://jamesonetwenty-seven.blogspot.com/2010/05/kenyan-adventure.html

Monday, May 10, 2010. The giraffe center was a incredible experience that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. We left the giraffe center and headed back for central Nairobi. We got Thai beef salads and fresh juice at Nairobi Java House, the Nairobi equivalent to Starbucks. After lunch we did more shopping and I found a cute white sundress. That night we were taking a night bus to Mombasa so in preparation for a terrible bus ride we had Crème Brule at a five star hotel. Iganga- Smaller town I live in.

Books...

Thursday, February 25, 2010. A BIG FAIL on the book front. I have been studying a real estate course book, does that count? And my opinion on it is that it is extremely BORING. Sunday, January 17, 2010. My Horizontal Life, by Chelsea Handler. Chelsea says what we all think, and she has friends that we all have. I would highly recommend the book for a quick read and a good chuckle. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Thursday, February 25, 2010. Hey I can admit when I have bitten off more than I can chew. Too many goals to start at one time. I will begin a regular fitness routine after the end of HCG. Again between sick kids and life I don't know how I thought I could wake up earlier than I already do. Sunday, January 17, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

July 24, 2013. So today’s post is not really about my recent trip to Africa, but it is about the people who make my trips happen! Both times we’ve traveled on an international mission trip, it has been through Visiting Orphans. They are an excellent organization to work with, and we have been so pleased with our experience! It has been a blessing serving with them as team members and also as team co-leaders. I hope you take a minute to watch this video about Visiting Orphans and their ministry! Today, Go...
