Friday, March 08, 2013. Disjointed Post Lamenting Efficiency. If this place were less well organized or less easy to navigate, I would have something to say. Italy is logical, organized, efficient and somehow still fun. But fun aside, efficiency makes for boring stories. In Khartoum when you want to change money, it takes hours. Finding a bank that is open. Confirming that it will change money. Standing in the first line. Standing in the second line. Collecting more useless paper. But it’s not difficult.
