Too much time on my hands. I'm going to start every application with the same blurb, before hitting the chairman with the news that none of it is real (outside the realm of Champ anyway). I am an easy manager to deal with, I openly set out my plans for the club with regards to the positions I want to sign. I make do with the resource available and rarely ask for more funds for transfer fees or attempt to alter the club’s wage structure. I like to surround myself with the best quality coaches available.
