These past few months have been some of the most grueling, confusing and tumultuous times that I have ever been through in my 21 years on this earth. Change has not only made itself known in my life, it has become a permanent fixture in it. Just when I thought the worst was over and the storm had passed, Hurricane Change came right back through and turned everything upside down. Thursday, November 3, 2011. 135g all purpose flour (sifted). Mix all the ingredient above, stir till fully combined. Sift thru the batter. Pour in a spoonful (40g) of the batter to non-stick pan (6' or 8')and fry it over till golden brown. To make around 24 pieces of crepe. Links to this post. Adapted and modified from The Australian Women's Weekly Baking. 5 large apple( 1 kg). 75g self raising flour. 110g brown sugar (I reduced to 80 g). 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Bake in 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
