Saturday, April 2, 2011. Preheat oven 160 C , and line a lamington tin with baking paper. 250g dark chocolate ( i used milk chocolate). 1 cup brown sugar ( i used half cup sugar). Put in double boiler and melt the above. Beat well all ingredient above and add A to B. 1 cup walnut (chopped) or other nut to your preference. Add the flour to the mixture and lastly the nuts, stir well. Pour into tin and bake 160 C for 25 to 30 minutes, do not over bake it. Serve hot, best with a scoop of ice cream.

Adapted and modified from The Australian Women's Weekly Baking. 5 large apple( 1 kg). 75g self raising flour. 110g brown sugar (I reduced to 80 g). 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 Peel, core and diced the apple to your preference size. 2 Combined A and cook over low heat for 10 minutes , drain. 3 Crumble: blend or process B until all combined. 4 Place the apples in dish and sprinkle with crumble. I divided to 7 ramekins. Bake in 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes. Big M Small M.

Monday, March 8, 2010. Croissant - Nice One. Do you like croissant? Other variety of bun. The name of the shop. They have breakfast and lunches set too. I order a salmon sandwich, which taste fantastic. Will definitely be back. Perfect with a cup of coffee. This is the best, crispy outside and fluffy inside, with a taste of pure butter. Tuesday, September 13, 2011. 1 cup chocolate chip (high quality). 1/2 cup icing sugar. 3 large egg 1 egg yolk. 1tsp vanilla essence (optional). Melt the butter and chocolate over the double boiler (or microwave). Add in flour and sugar. Then egg and vanilla. Divide batter between 5 ramekins (4-oz)- oiled and powdered. Bake in 425F /220 C for 8 to 10 minutes. Run knife at the edges ramekins and then upend on a plate. Serve while still hot with ice cream or whip cream. Links to this post. Links to this post.

Saturday, September 1, 2012. Song Saa Private Island. Inside the villa. We are welcome by a freshly squeeze lime juice and a cold towel.so refreshing. Once we are done, we are ushered to our villa. Introduced me to all the kitchen stuff, utensil, food and drink. Dining Table, see the 2 whites paper wrap on the table, those are cheese and salami platters. Living room, with a super long sofa overlooking our pool and the sea. Kitchen with coffee maker and teas. Nuts and dry fruits too. Kids are super enjoy!

Looking for a few alternative of shooting underwater. 1) buy a waterproof camera - redundant, already got one camera. 2) buy a temporary waterproof camera - feel wasted. 3) buy a Canon waterproof casing - go and ask and cost me RM850 - wah so expensive. 4) looking for a cheaper version of waterproof bag and found few brand. Mmmm give it a try which cost me RM 139 rather than RM 850. Don't know how the result will be. let me try it out . Links to this post. Helicopter ride in kl.
