As seems to be the usual, along with normal lessons, the month is packed with special events. Our first major event was a field trip to China Town. This was organized by Sunny-teacher and included a street tour of the area with our seven kindergarten students and a lunch of jajangmyeon. Jajangmyeon. Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Its been a long while since I last posted. Ive finally made my way back home, but have a lot of memories to catch up on. Mom arrived in Tokyo on Friday evening. I went to meet her at the airport and then we headed to our quaint traditional Japanese hostel in the Ueno neighborhood. Saturday, July 28, 2012. Wondering where the chirping sounds were coming from, I walked behind this guy for two blocks before I realized he had two birds riding on his shoulders. On another note, six months in Korea have passed more quickly than I expected. I am at my half-way point and there are so many things about Korea that still baffle me and feel completely foreign.
