Tuesday, May 22, 2007. 1 medium sized of onion – chopped. 1 stalk fresh spring onion. 30g precooked green peas. 30g precooked bean sprouts. 30g precooked carrot - chopped. 4 dried mushrooms - sliced into 5mm thick. 2 red chillies – sliced. 2 fishcakes - chopped. 2 eggs - beaten and fry it, then sliced. 400g cold, cooked rice. 1) Heat the oil and fry the onions until light brown. 2) Add the rice and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring continuously. 4) Stir-fry altogether for 3 minutes.

Friday, 15 June 2007. Nasi Lemak (Pandan Coconut Rice). 1 grated Coconut. Squeeze out 2 cups of thick coconut milk from the grated coconut. Clean the rice and drain. Cook the rice in the coconut milk with pandan. Leaves. Add in salt. Add in some sliced shallots and ginger, optional. Stir once during cooking. Rich after cooked remove the pandan leaves.
