Jason's road to a healthier life and beyond! Friday, July 18, 2014. I'm now down 70 pounds since January 12th. Some ups and some downs but so far things are going well. It's time to really get dialed in and get this last 50 pounds off and acheive my goal weight of 190 pounds.
