THE RUNNING MAN: February 2013
http://jasontherunningman.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Jason's road to a healthier life and beyond! Tuesday, February 19, 2013. Change is good, right? Wow, a lot has happened since my post from November. Where to begin? That weekend of the Turkey bowl turned into a not-so-fun day. I came to the realization that I'm not a young man anymore. I left the Turkey bowl with a broken finger and a torn calf muscle, yikes. We miss you Rosie! So, my life is like a bad country song.Got beat up, my dog died and I got a new job! Ok, that was bad. Back to work. Later.

Jason's road to a healthier life and beyond! Friday, February 28, 2014. I decided to take another rest day and I'm glad I did. I was able to get just over eight hours of sleep last night and that was much needed. I think today will be the last crazy day at work for a little while anyway. Just a short update, back to work. Have a great day. Jason The Running Man. Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Cardio: 40 Min Elliptical @ 3.08 Miles. Have a great day. Jason The Running Man. Monday, February 24, 2014. I will b...

Heart of a runner, body of a mother: September 2009
http://micki75.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Heart of a runner, body of a mother. Monday, September 21, 2009. Wednesday is the big day. The day I start my new job as a medical technician, that is! I go in tomorrow to fill out a few employee papers and watch a new employee video. Then my first official shift starts at 6 am Wednesday. I don't know how I will sleep the night before! Probably not very well, but that's OK. I just can't wait to get started! OK, more later. Night! Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Another reason to blog less. I have been run...

http://micki75.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Heart of a runner, body of a mother. Monday, July 6, 2009. Oh, how things have changed since the last time I blogged! I met my older half-sister for the first time. Ever. She wrote Dad (we share the same father) a letter a few weeks ago, sparking a chain of events that included their first meeting in 37 years (she's 39 now). I got to meet her and her family little more than a week ago, and had a great time! Kara completed her first session of swim lessons. Let me tell you, this girl is a fish! Maybe I sh...
Heart of a runner, body of a mother: The 15-minute run
http://micki75.blogspot.com/2009/05/15-minute-run.html
Heart of a runner, body of a mother. Sunday, May 3, 2009. I went running today for the first time in almost a month. I have been maega-stressed lately, and when I get really stressed (and down) I tend to not want to run. I know, those are the times I should get out and run off some steam, but that's not what happens. We'll be going to the pool a lot this summer! Distance: 1.27 miles. Rookie on the Run. Congratulations on the job! Good for you for getting a run in! May 4, 2009 at 11:48 AM. March 15, 2009.

Ramblings on everyday life and everyday topics". Thursday, June 7, 2007. Total Eclipse of the "BLUE MOON". Been a long time since I posted so I thought I would briefly update you on my Greenville Tri Training. That was smooth.training really paid off there. Speaking of the little kids."Please keep you little "floaties" in your swim area". I took one of those in the head and the first thing I though was that it was either a 'fart bubble' or a "Babe Ruth" bar. It was a good workout though. Despite the ...

Ramblings on everyday life and everyday topics". Monday, July 30, 2007. Leave Room for the Big Guys in the Gym. Well, it has been a while and I am sure everyone has been "anxiously sitting on their hands" waiting for some of my "daily dose". Just FYI, David sits on his hands with his thumb extended, but we will save that for another time. I ran into "Jason The Running Man" at the Sportsclub the other day and the strangest thing.HE WASN'T RUNNING! This is what I looked like before last week:. I love the p...

THE RUNNING MAN
Jason's road to a healthier life and beyond! Friday, July 18, 2014. I'm now down 70 pounds since January 12th. Some ups and some downs but so far things are going well. It's time to really get dialed in and get this last 50 pounds off and acheive my goal weight of 190 pounds. Once there I would like to put on 10-15 pounds more with significant muscle structure added but for now project lean out continues. Jason The Running Man. Friday, June 6, 2014. More of the same for the weekend! Have a great weekend!

Contemplations of Creative License
Contemplations of Creative License. Thursday, August 19, 2010. Am I so blind myself, that I cannot see my own vice? How is it that just when I am feeling comfortable that I am on strong grounds to criticize, I am yanked back, as if by a collar around my neck? Why must the ethic of interpersonal relations devolve into an endless cascade of parenetic "What are you going to do about it? S" When do I get the satisfaction of vindication without the obligation to change myself? Friday, December 26, 2008. Oh, t...
