What's Up with Michael: June 2014
http://mastlefamily.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
What's Up with Michael. Sunday, June 22, 2014. First Day of Summer. Jared and family invited the Austins and me to Lagoon. It was a beautiful day. The only thing is, we should have done Rattlesnake Rapids in the middle of the afternoon, when it was 90 degrees and sunny, instead of just at sunset. Wet clothes make for a cool evening. Caleb wasn't so sure about Wicked, but we convinced him to go. This is on the killer downhill. He loved it after a few seconds of terror. Annie on Ladybug Bop. On Friday, Mei...

http://mastlefamily.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
What's Up with Michael. Sunday, April 20, 2014. 23 Miles of Jordan River Parkway in Two-and-a-Half Minutes. Just took a little bike ride from my house to the Farmington Front Runner stop. This is the first 23.5 miles (until the camera shut off). It stops where the trail crosses the north end of I-215 as it splits with Legacy Highway and heads back toward I-15. Tuesday, April 8, 2014. Desert Bug: RC10 on Stansbury Island. Anyway, here's about six and a half minutes of car sick. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

What's Up with Michael: May 2015
http://mastlefamily.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
What's Up with Michael. Sunday, May 10, 2015. Baltimore May 7-9, 2015. I attended a conference in Baltimore just a couple days after the curfew was lifted following the West Baltimore demonstrations and riots, which followed the funeral of Freddie Gray, who was killed in a police van. A typical street corner. A lot of convenience and liquor stores and people. The Mondawmin Mall. I think this was the epicenter of the riots and looting. The mall was closed as late as Friday evening. When I slow...This was ...

What's Up with Michael: July 2015
http://mastlefamily.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
What's Up with Michael. Monday, July 27, 2015. Just a few picks from dinner tonight. Saturday, July 25, 2015. South Fork of the Weber River. I have to say that I think this was a lot more enjoyable than the Cemetery Point Beach anyway. We had a nice river, shade trees and a lot of fun. This is just before Mick and the kids ran me over. Guess I didn't pick my position too well. The kids going by themselves. And over the rapids. This moose was hanging out at the spot where we took the boat out of the river.

Spencer - Lynden - Marleigh. Monday, December 6, 2010. This year for Halloween we went to the Willard Rec Center. They had games and huge blow up houses. This kids really had a good time. It was just very, very busy. Nana and Papa were able to come visit and go with us. Afterwards, we all went and had dinner at Ziggie's. For this you got harnessed in and ran to see how far you could get before your harness pulled you back. Spencer LOVED it, Lynden not so much! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

What's Up with Michael: Tour of Utah, North America's Toughest Bicycle Stage Race
http://mastlefamily.blogspot.com/2011/08/tour-of-utah.html
What's Up with Michael. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Tour of Utah, North America's Toughest Bicycle Stage Race. On Saturday, Chieko and I wanted to walk around Cascade Springs off the Alpine Loop, but we also wanted to see the fourth stage circuit race making 11 loops around Capitol Hill. Levi Leipheimer of Team Radio Shack finished the stage 30th but was still 23 seconds ahead of overall second-place Sergio Luis Henao to retain the Yellow Jersey. The lead riders are Sergio Luis Henao of the team Columbia...

With Six You Get Eggroll: Camera
http://johnandmisa.blogspot.com/2012/01/my-mom-came-to-visit-last-summer.html
With Six You Get Eggroll. Tuesday, January 3, 2012. My mom came to visit last summer. A friend of mine who lives in the city offered us a place to stay so we could "experience the city". I really love and admire her. Some day if I am ever rich I hope to be like her. She is so generous. But back to my story. My mom came to visit and we spent a few days in New York. The day started out like the picture above. A bit over cast. I took this picture taking a harbor boat tour. The kids love their school and all...
