Try having one of these options in between breakfast and lunch and another in between lunch and dinner, that way you wont feel like you’re starving in between meals. It has helped me maintain my current weight. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup berries. 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter with one apple. 5 strawberries with 2 Tbsp Cool Whip Light. 1 cup raspberries with 20-25 almonds.
