Monday, July 30, 2007. Long time no swim. Went swimming alone last Sunday. Its been quite a while since i last swam. I used to go crazy about swimming. But dont know why or when i started to abandon the little water pool at the apartment. I used to like being in the water, everything is so slow, so quiet, so calm. So warm(in some way), so cold. Feel like im being surrounded by some kind of force, embracing me. Can do a lot of thinking when i dive into the bottom and pretend im a dead body.

Try having one of these options in between breakfast and lunch and another in between lunch and dinner, that way you wont feel like you’re starving in between meals. It has helped me maintain my current weight. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup berries. 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter with one apple. 5 strawberries with 2 Tbsp Cool Whip Light. 1 cup raspberries with 20-25 almonds.
