A multi-year, ongoing pedestrian safety campaign for Yale University. The campaign utilizes street stencils, billboards, posters, flyers, lawn placards which are displayed both on campus, and around the city of New Haven. Each semester, a new message is rolled out. This project began in 2012.

This project was in response to the idiotic comment made by Geraldo Rivera regarding the murder of Trayvon Martin. Trayvon Martin's hoodie Is As Much Responsible For [His] Death As George Zimmerman"). I illustrated Geraldo wearing the hoodie in the now famous photo of Trayvon, and had three blank speech bubbles above his head so the public could add their own commentary. I stole the bubble idea from the genius bubble project by Ji Lee.

Like many, I believed there was (and still is) a major problem with our financial system and a huge lack of accountability and punishment for white collar crime on Wall Street. THE SUBWAY ETIQUETTE CAMPAIGN. The posters were signed and numbered, and were intended to be collected. Once people realized these were created by the "Metropolitan Etiquette Authority" and not the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, they were quickly taken. They were up long enough for the project to become a piece of pop culture, spreading around the internet and television like wildfire. I wonder where they got the idea.
