Sunday, June 15, 2008. My baby girl turned 5 this week. 5 - I can't believe it! She is something. We started the day off at McDonalds for breakfast, went to story hour with Miss Mattie and rounded it off at the Mexican restaurant - all her favorite things. (chris works thurs, fri, and sat, I don't do much cooking on these days :) I really think she has had a good birthday. My niece, Kendall, turned 13 on the 10th so we've been celebrating alot! Saturday, December 29, 2007. Jolly Ole St. Nick. Well as we've been telling the kids for a month now, the big man in the red suit came to visit. But more importantly, when Kate was asked what Christmas was about, she would answer it's Jesus' birthday and giving presents to others. Hopefully she will always feel this way and celebrate with the same heart of a child. Poor Kendall and Ms. Sue (Shelly's mom) really wanted that baby to come while they were in town! Merry Christmas and a happy 2008 to everyone!

Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Apparently it really helps to stick your tounge out to catch the big one! Leah picking the winner! Bowling was hilarious. We let Kate walk up and take a go. She got baseball confused with bowling. Chris then taught both of them to bowl. Do I see a family outing coming soon :). Monday, October 29, 2007. Let the 'WEEN begin! In the following pics, Leah didn't want her picture taken before school. Kate has on "make-up". The last two are of Leah "performing" with her classm...Here ...

Sunday, March 16, 2008. A hunting we will go! More Easter egg hunting today. After church, we had lunch at Nana and PaPa Honea's. It was Ms. Janet's mother's b-day (Happy Birthday MawMaw Coker! So of course, we broke out the eggs! The kids had fun, it was another beautiful day! Saturday, March 15, 2008. Here comes Peter Cottontail. Today our church had a hunt then we went to a birthday party with a hunt. The weather is gorgeous! Have a great EASTER! I am sure there will be more Easter pics to post later.

Friday, May 30, 2008. End of year t-ball party. Well another year of t-ball has wrapped up. Kate had fun playing. Leah had just as much fun watching her and running the bases when the games were over. Here are a few pics of the party her team had. Thursday, May 22, 2008. Elvis Thank You, Thank You Very Much. I personally thought my girls were mighty cute! The girls and a friend from school and dance class. I asked the girls to be silly. Leah didn't get out of silly mode! One of the dance teachers.

Monday, November 10, 2008. Can you say 'bout time! Wow, MIA blogger for sure. I was feeling guilty tonight on my new found Internet flame - facebook - and had to come back to my first love! Seems I do that a lot! A very long summer for the Honeas. Chris once again found a house for me to fall in love with, sold my other house out from underneath me, and remolded yet again! We stayed at the beach, my moms, chris' dads camp, and back at my moms. The girls are great! Leah and Ms Donna - We love Ms Donna!
