The dish that I am introducing now is every ones favourite, a party topper yep it’s Mushroom Choyla. Nepalese people are fond of choyla ( Marinated and BBQ) , in Nepal they usually make choyla using meat. But As you all know I have been vegetarian all my life, so I always try to create new recipes with intense flavour in it. 4 big mushrooms- stems removed.
