Monday, November 30, 2009. Day 71: The Mother of All Workouts. You can't judge a book by its cover but you can. Judge a workout by your sweat-soaked shirt. As you can see in the photo, the P90X plyometrics workout is truly a soaker. My girlfriend, Karen, tried the workout with me today for the first time and loved it, even though it kicked her butt. If the 80 pull ups weren't difficult enough, this workout has some killer leg exercises. Your leg muscles are the largest muscles in your body which means means you will experience pain and suffering on a larger scale. This is the stuff going on in our lives. Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Maxwell is starting to show real improvement this year. He and Trevor participated in a tournament at Coral Glades High School. Maxwell went 2-2 with all four matches ending in pins.Trevor got 2nd place in the 171 pound class but there was only one other opponent in that class.
