And has 10 tracks of really cool music. The CD is being played across the U.S. and abroad. It is featured as a give away for Blues Music Magazine subscriptions. Or at any of your favorite music retailers like iTunes. Etc Thank you for your continued support. It means a lot to us and keeps us going.

It it's first two weeks it was #37 and #34 on the Top 50 Blues Chart. It has been slowly moving up the Top 25 Blues Debut Chart and is now at #12. Saturday, February 9, 2013. FINAL WEEK DAY 6. 800m jog to a trail by my house. It is a loop trail, about a quarter mile or so I think? 40 pushups in the snow once I get there. Lap 1- walking lunges. Lap 2- bear crawl. Lap 3- blaze my own trail through deep snow. 100 good morning darlings. 2 min plank hold per position.
