http://jenanddavesreno.blogspot.com/2010/07/fencing.html
Jen and Dave's Reno. Tales of a Toronto home renovation project. Thursday, July 1, 2010. While the workers were busy building our new porch in the front, we turned our attention to the backyard. 160; Once we tore the garage down, Dave and his friends installed the 6x6 cedar posts for our new fence. Once the fence posts were completed, the paving company was ready to come and start prepping the backyard and driveway area for interlock and new asphalt. Posted by Jen and Dave. The first step was to deal with the floors. In the laundry/utility room, we decided to paint the concrete floor to clean it up. We used a concrete primer and paint to finish the floor. This will brighten up the room and make it easier to clean. Here’s the transformation:. The product is called Tyroc. We’ve chosen our carpet from Lowes...
Jen and Dave's Reno: Building the Backyard Shed
http://jenanddavesreno.blogspot.com/2010/09/building-backyard-shed.html
Jen and Dave's Reno. Tales of a Toronto home renovation project. Sunday, September 26, 2010. Building the Backyard Shed. When we tore down our garage. We knew we’d need to get some sort of shed to store tools and garden accessories. However, since building the fence was the first priority, we were stuck with an ugly storage container for the summer. After seeing how much water pools in our backyard during heavy summer rains, we decided to pour a concrete pad as a base for the shed. Posted by Jen and Dave.

Jen and Dave's Reno. Tales of a Toronto home renovation project. Saturday, September 17, 2011. One Step Forward, Two Steps Back. It turns out that having a baby cuts into blogging time! 160; Although we haven’t managed to update the blog in the past six months, we have managed to work on a few projects around the house. . Wednesday, June 16, 2010. In the two images below, a large crack (about 1" wide) can be seen running down the wall from the ceiling to the floor.
