Saturday, May 23, 2009. Lions and tigers and bears oh my! A day at the Zoo". Took Brooke and Kayla to the Zoo. Brooke had been looking forward to going all week and couldn't wait to see the lions, snakes, elephants and zebras with Kayla. The weather was perfect and we all had an enjoyable time. As we went through the zoo, the girls spotted the carousel and had fun selecting their animal to ride. Kayla and Brooke getting their faces painted. Kayla, Jen and Brooke our new faces! Tuesday, December 22, 2009. I have been wanting to make a gingerbread house with Brooke this year, but thought it might be a bigger project to take on with her. So, her aunt Melissa had a great idea and we decided to decorate trees instead. Brooke enjoying her tree decorating. Yum! Haliey and her beautiful tree. Kayla's tree was so creative. Monday, March 23, 2015. 10084;️❤️❤️Ahhhhhh Cancun.❤️❤️❤️. We spent the first day at the beach and it was just heaven! The sand was perfect, the water was breathtaking, the waves were low and it was just the best day ever! Brooks and the kids had lots of fun with GoPros too. Austin loved diving around in his goggles and looking for shells. He found some cool ones! Savanna's favorite part was going out in the deeper water with Maegan! Maegan buried Austin in the sand and made him into a pretty buff dude!

Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Brooks's Aunt Bonnie lives in Hawaii and his mom usually takes his grandma to visit her every year. Well this year they took me and Maegan too! Bonnie had come to visit in Utah a couple of weeks earlier and took Grandma back with her so they had been in Hawaii for a week. Sadly they were not there that morning, but we saw a ton of really cool fish and one that I think was a trumpetfish! It was kind of cold but fun! Saturday, May 31, 2014. The next day was Austin's birthday and we couldn't believe he was 10! All he wanted for his birthday was to play football with his friends. On the football field at Sky View. Well, I wasn't sure if that would be possible, but I said I'd look into it. We got permission and it worked out great! Sunday, July 13, 2014. Some highlights of May. Jon and Liz came to visit and we got to do lots of fun things with them! The Health Days Parade- it had been raining but stopped for the parade! Lots of wrapping and shushing babies. ♥. A nail painting party with Grandma. Jon and Liz and I went to Jack's- it was closing in a few days and they were out of some things, but it was still yummy! The highlight of the month of course, was TALKING TO MATT! He sounded great and had lots of great things to tell us!

Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Ice Skating and Sledding. 65279;We had our Hansen Family Christmas party at the ice skating rink this year and it was great fun! We had hot cocoa and snacks and visited and skated together. I took a couple of turns around the rink and then passed my skates on to Kathy! Austin hadn't been for a couple of years, so he took a walker around a couple of times and then took off like a pro! Savanna was Maegan's little buddy for a good long while. They had a great time together!
