Thursday, June 2, 2011. I guess I missed May. Here's a very belated Wildflower race report:. I think camping makes you tough. I have had some of my best races after camping so I may have to revert.we'll see. Race day came fast. Crack of dawn: Loaded up our mini to get the race EARLY. I am converted to getting to races early. I like my own space to get ready, think, and double make sure I am RTR (ready to roll/race). T2: (1:43) Pretty fast thanks to my Zoot Speeds! Jennifer Elizabeth: Zoot, Zappos, & Vegas

http://jenluebke.blogspot.com/2011/03/zoot-zappos-vegas.html

Saturday, March 5, 2011. Zoot, Zappos, and Vegas. Zappos would be a really neat place to work. They treat their employees well and they are happy and productive because of it. Our videographer gave us a tour of the Zappos facility where we saw employees working, singing, dancing, doing puzzles, napping, and working. I was able to act princess for a few minutes in one of the conference rooms. Great double Z meaning! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Zoot, Zappos, and Vegas.

Jennifer Elizabeth: June 2010

http://jenluebke.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html

Monday, June 21, 2010. Triathlon season 2010.2. So I have been a bit absent from the scene as of late. I'M BACK! While I was gone. Going into IMSG I was a bit injured forcing me to choose between sure further injury by running or a swim/bike and hopefully keeping my current state of injury. I chose the latter and used May and June to recuperate and get my booty kicked into shape in a few MT road races. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Triathlon season 2010.2.

http://jenluebke.blogspot.com/2011/04/oceanside-703.html

Thursday, April 7, 2011. Pre-race: I tried something new and got to the race early this year. I have always thought this would make me more nervous but it didn't! I was able to use the bathrooms (no line! Get my stuff set up before anyone near me, and even warm up a bit. Girls had no swim warm up so I brought my bands and did a little band work before we hit the water. One Gu a fancy new wetsuit and I was ready to hit the balmy (low 60s) water. Bike: (2:42:59) Yay for this! Run: (1:37:57) A new PR! At th...

http://jenluebke.blogspot.com/2011/01/winter-ride-1.html

Friday, January 28, 2011. The noon crew including Mr. Scott Lenaburg! My motor pacer for the day! Jeffro and Elliot joined in the rare Missoula sunshine ride at noon for those who don't have "normal" jobs. All on cross bikes we rode out to Clinton. Elliot was my lovely motor for motor pacing my 90 % heart rate efforts. He was an awesome wheel and I got the job done! Here was my workout for the day:. 4x3min bigger gear last :30 by feel. 3x2min bigger gear last :30 by feel. W/:15, 1x2min ez spin.

Adventures of a Marathoner. How I Became a Runner. No doubt this post will be followed by a much more extensive one. Actually, it will probably be a mini novel as it has to stretch from my DNF at Mt. Si to this weekend. I finished the Pigtails Challenge 100 mile race in 20:58:00. Good enough for 3rd place. Adventures in Life and Running. Here's what I've ran since:. Adventures of a Marathoner: August 2012

http://mathl3t3.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html

Adventures of a Marathoner. How I Became a Runner. Wow, can't believe its been a month since I last posted. Life has been very busy. On top of training and working two jobs, my wife and I are getting ready to move! As you can imagine, this leaves little time for blogging. Sidetrack: for those keeping score, my mile PR is 4:58. Me thinks I'm going to spike-up and run a mile TT this week. I'm betting I can hit sub-4:50. That's all for now, folks! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Below is a recap/repost (from FB) of the Seattle Quadzilla. November 15, 2014:. Marathon #19 done. Grand Ridge Trail Marathon! November 30, 2014:. About two we...

Adventures of a Marathoner: Transcendence

http://mathl3t3.blogspot.com/2014/06/transcendence.html

Adventures of a Marathoner. How I Became a Runner. In many ways, my journey began years ago when I ran my first half marathon. Afterwards, I began researching long distance running and was introduced to a world I had no idea existed. I poured over articles on nutrition, training, athletes and races. I often found myself thinking "why the hell would anyone run farther than a marathon? Or "who are these crazy people? Shortly before dropping at Mt Si). Erik and I at mile 13). Staying warm in the car). Back ...

My Quest for Sanity

My Quest for Sanity. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Three hours later we finally arrived at the temple. I was already exhausted from all the driving and was not looking forward to the drive back. Is going to the temple supposed to be this stressful? At the rate we were going we were going to be at least an hour later and we were starving so that would take more time. Like seriously, how is anyone who has never driven in Chicago supposed to know that? Posted by Jen and Beth. Friday, June 19, 2009. So last night...
