The problem with the existing hub was it was heavy in text, the articles weren't organized well, and the look was dated. I redesign it to make it easier and more inviting to read. User Experience and User Interface Design. What is the predictive mobile app? The current mobile app that the members are using is a bit outdated. It contains useful but somewhat static information. There is really nothing to it that would keep the member coming back to use the app. The idea behind the predictive mobile app is to create a playful, smart, and customized experience for members that will not only keep them engaged but will also be helpful to use in their everyday lives.

User Experience and User Interface Design. A Communications Preference Center. At first this project seemed easy: design a communications preference center. When doing my competitive analysis I realized that there were many different ways a preference center could be done. Is it a list of emails with a checkbox next to it? Is it sorted by communication channel? Is there a frequency to take into account? I didn't think a communication preference center could be done in so many different ways!
