Wednesday, December 23, 2009. This year I went with Adam to his parents place in Ms. for Thanksgiving. It was a nice time, the whole family was there except his little sister. I even finally got to meet his younger brother Joe and his wife. We had lots of delicious food, played outside, made a big campfire and ate smores:). The three brothers, Billy, Joe and Adam. Adam and Mimi cooking hot dogs for lunch. I had to hide behind this net after Adam hit me twice with the ball. Verges Rome Christmas Party.

Thursday, December 24, 2009. Verges Rome Christmas Party. As usual I am very behind in my posting. I have all these "drafts" saved I just never got around to acutally posting anything. So lets all go back and remember December 2009. This year our office Christmas party was at the Roosevelt Hotel downtown (The old Fairmont Hotel). The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it looked beautiful! After dinner we all went down to the Sazarac Bar to enjoy some more cocktails, good times. :).

Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Take me out to the ball game. Last night my office rented out the pool area at the Zephyer's game. It's a cool area with a big pool and two smaller pools in the outfield where you can watch the game. Corey, Adam and some of the guys hanging out. I am not a fan of baseball but since there were hamburgers, hot dogs, cookie cake, beer and a swimming pool involved I was excited! So, since it was still warm enough last Saturday, I decided we should have a beach day. After all, it could be the last until next year! Saturday, May 22, 2010. My baby boy turned 9 months old yesterday. 3/4 of the way to a year already! Time has just flown by since August 21, 2009! His little personality seems to emerge more and more each day. That easy-going, laid-back baby has turned into a wide open, loud, fast-moving, busy little guy! What else is going on in Austin's little world? He goes for his 9 month check up next Tuesday, but I'm going to guess he's 23 pounds and 31 inches- we'll see if I'm right!
