My Family of Cookies. Tuesday, August 9, 2011. 4 bodies of water. Lots of family time this summer including extended family. In one particular week we traveled and hit 4 bodies of water in one week. We started at the Beach on Monday. By Wednesday we were swimming in a lake and Thursday was for tubing around a river. My Family of Cookies. Sunday, December 26, 2010. Happy kids for Christmas. Christmas has left a happy family behind. There was some concern.a daughter who really wanted things not in the budget and twin boys who wanted a real puppy (Not happening! But even though one gift is still in the mail, my daughter is happy. She wanted several smaller things and I was able to get most of those. She can do amazing things with yarn and is great at Bananagrams. So enjoy some Christmas day pics as we enjoy our gifts.

Monday, August 31, 2015. Bring Back Blue Bell. It has been a very dark year. Blue Bell was taken off the shelves this past spring and we have suffered for so long without it. Today, it returned. It has been glorious. I ran into people I knew at 6am at HEB getting their ice cream. 3. My heart is seriously happy! Sunday, August 30, 2015. Nauvoo: Nothing Else Like It.
